Goals & Objectives

Finance Goal: Develop a five-year financial projection. 

Fundraising Goal:  Monitor the success of existing major fundraisers of Card Party, Night Out and Reverse Raffle. Explore other fundraising options and secure new volunteers for each event. 

Stewardship Goal: Provide continuing education and opportunites for parishioners to exercise their gifts of time, talent and treasure, thereby enhancing the life of the parish.

Maintenance Goal: Develop a five-year physical facility plan with objectives to maintain and enhance existing physical facilities. Explore future development opportunities.

Communications/Marketing Goal: Provide parishioners and the community with information concerning programming and activities at St. Mary of the Knobs in an inviting and attractive manner to encourage active participation.

Long Range Planning Cemetery Goal: Develop a comprehensive long range plan to enhance and expand burial options and provide for financial upkeep of existing parish cemeteries.
